Our Parental Leave program enables birth parents with an uncomplicated pregnancy and birth to take up to 22 weeks of fully paid leave, starting as early as four weeks before their due date. Those with pregnancy-related complications may be entitled to additional leave as determined by their doctor. Non-birth parents get up to 12 weeks of fully-paid leave, too. To ease the transition back to work after their leave, all new parents also receive up to eight weeks of flex time. In addition, if you need time to take care of your family, you may be able to take up to 12 weeks of 100 percent paid leave to care for your family member with a serious health condition.
