Coverage Options

  • Choice of $15,000 or $30,000 coverage for yourself
  • Your spouse/domestic partner can be covered at the same level you choose for yourself
  • Your eligible child can be covered at the same level you choose for yourself

To cover your spouse or children, you must enroll in coverage for yourself.

How To Enroll

Enroll via the U.S. Benefits Enrollment Site during Open Enrollment or within 31 days of your hire date. You may also enroll after a qualified status change (such as a marriage, birth, or divorce).
