NVIDIA offers multiple leave programs when you need to take time off from work for reasons other than vacation.
Our U.S. Parental Leave program enables birth mothers with an uncomplicated pregnancy and birth to take up to 22 weeks of fully paid leave—usually starting four weeks before their due date—and another eight weeks of flex time. Those with pregnancy-related complications may be entitled to additional leave as determined by their doctor. Fathers, adoptive parents, and foster parents get up to 20 weeks of fully-paid leave, too.
